On Saturday, my friend Stephanie, Molly, Alyssa and of course Mandi poo came to visit me! I made some yummy soup and salad and we had fun watching the kids play and have fun. Molly's boys Gus and Charlie are turning two soon, Alyssa has a 9 month old girl named Adley and Steph is preggo! Landon was here as well and I think this time around he felt pretty at home here. It's fun seeing him start to recognize our house :)
I had to laugh because when they left my house looked like a tornado went through but I totally missed the noise and chaos! There's something so fun about watching kids that age go nuts and have a good time. I can't wait to do it again someday soon!
I woke up this morning to Brandon and Mason treating me to breakfast in bed which was AMAZING! Mason climbed on the bed and handed me a bag which had a ceramic coffee mug that him and Brandon had made for me a week ago. Brandon also surprised me with a spa package for a manicure,pedicure, and a facial. After breakfast we headed to downtown Howell to the farmers market and stopped for some ice cream yum! They definitely spoiled me today.
Thought about mom a lot today. I know she would have called me first thing in the morning with a high voice saying "Happy mother's day honey!" Miss her face!
