Brandon's grandma took us to lunch on Saturday then we came back, hung out, and I laid down with Mace for a little afternoon nap. I woke up to discover hives ALL over my body! I am allergic to elastic (usually a mild allergy) and thought my sun dress could be the issue. I took a bath, some benadryl, and was hopeful these stupid hives would disappear.
Unfortunately the hives got even worse. As I am typing I am in so much pain! They are raised, burning, and sooooo uncomfortable. In Arizona I had an outbreak like this that lasted almost a month and it was one of the most painful things I have experienced. I am not sure what triggered it but I am praying it goes away very soon. I have a doctor appt. this morning to see what other meds I can take to help control it without feeling completely drowzy and out of it.
So gross!
On Sunday, I went to Grand Rapids to host a baby shower for my friend Stephanie. It was so nice seeing my friends and having girl talk. I am so excited for all the new babies arriving this year! Here is a little fox I made for her new baby! He's so cute I think I'm going to make Mason one too.
I will end my blog with a little video of Brandon and Mason playing some baseball outside. It's amazing how many new things Mason is doing. He can very clearly say "There it is mama" and he loves to help me around the house and outside with daily tasks. He's such a fun little man. Have a great week and I'll update you on my doctor visit!
